ernphp Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ernphp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ernphp platform, website located at ernphp.org, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the ernphp platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you access ernphp on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to ernphp and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ernphp strictly prohibits access to persons under 21, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ernphp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification fails.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ernphp account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be subject to termination and forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 11.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from ernphp or any gaming platform under a mutual exclusion arrangement.

ernphp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time through identity verification procedures, including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ernphp, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any additional information required for identity verification. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernphp account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify ernphp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ernphp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 KYC Verification

ernphp is required by applicable regulations to conduct identity verification. You agree to provide, upon request, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal of funds may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. ernphp reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold withdrawals where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ernphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the ernphp platform from time to time. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). ernphp does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. ernphp reserves the right to return deposits that do not meet this requirement.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment accounts in the Player's name only. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the ernphp platform. ernphp targets processing of verified account withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform; however, ernphp makes no guarantee regarding processing times by third-party payment providers. ernphp reserves the right to conduct additional security verification prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Fees

ernphp does not charge fees on GCash deposits or withdrawals for standard transactions. Fees, if any, associated with bank transfer methods are disclosed at the time of transaction. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside ernphp's control.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, bingo credits, and promotional offers made available through ernphp are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings. The following general conditions apply to all ernphp bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ernphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Where a bonus is credited in error, ernphp reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount from your account balance.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes or coordinated bonus abuse between accounts, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related balances.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the ernphp platform operate under their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. General gameplay conditions applicable across ernphp include:

• ernphp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professionally trained live dealers in accordance with published house rules.
• ernphp publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games where required. Actual RTP experienced by individual players in any given session will vary and may differ significantly from theoretical figures.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game in progress, ernphp will make reasonable efforts to determine the fair outcome. ernphp's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to any regulatory appeals process available under PAGCOR regulations.
• Bets placed and accepted prior to a game malfunction are binding. ernphp is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connections on the Player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ernphp platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted betting systems to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by ernphp;
• Collusion with other players or ernphp employees to gain unfair advantage;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or platform systems;
• Money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Registering multiple accounts;
• Providing false identity information or using a third party's identity;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your ernphp account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ernphp platform, including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of ernphp or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ernphp platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ernphp content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Responsible Gaming

ernphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players, consistent with PAGCOR guidelines and international responsible gaming standards. ernphp provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set and activated immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration reminders.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from ernphp for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing time elapsed and net gaming result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ernphp, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ernphp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or platform maintenance. ernphp's total liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to ernphp in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ernphp's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ernphp's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ernphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons, without limitation: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority; or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Upon termination for breach, ernphp reserves the right to forfeit account balances derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or rule violations. Balances derived from legitimate deposits net of any forfeitable amounts will be returned to the Player's verified payment account following completion of any required investigation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ernphp platform shall first be submitted to ernphp's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute is not resolved through internal procedures within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority. ernphp acknowledges the jurisdiction of PAGCOR with respect to regulated gaming disputes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ernphp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the ernphp platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
